What we collect

Information you choose to share with us: your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide in our inquiry, application, nomination, and gift forms. Our website forms are processed by Netlify and Jotform, and our email list is managed through our email service provider. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, to review applications, to deliver resources you request (such as our masterclass), and to send occasional letters if you have joined our list. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to connect@puravidacollective.com.

Sensitive information

Applications and private consultations may involve health and personal history shared for safety screening. This information is treated as confidential, is reviewed only by our team for the purpose of holding you safely, and is never used for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We keep tracking minimal. Where analytics are used, they measure aggregate site usage so we can improve the experience. Embedded services (such as YouTube and Jotform) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
