REVIVE: A Journey from Fear to Freedom
REVIVE is an 8-day sacred jungle medicine wellness retreat designed as an intentionally held, expansive container for healing, embodiment, and conscious evolution.
This is not a retreat focused on escape or peak experiences alone.
It is a journey into presence, possibility, and remembrance - where safety and spaciousness coexist, and growth is invited without force.
Here, participants are supported in both unwinding what no longer serves and expanding into what is ready to emerge.​

The work is guided by experienced facilitators who prioritize nervous system safety, consent, and integrity over performance or intensity. Each member of the facilitation team is attuned to holding space with humility, presence, and care - meeting participants exactly where they are. Participants are supported by an experienced facilitation team throughout ceremony, integration, and care.

Susan is the founder of Pura Vida Collective, a shared body of work devoted to creating safe, intentional containers for sacred medicine journeys, healing, and conscious expansion. As the primary guide for REVIVE, Susan weaves together sacred medicines and plant allies, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, and integration support - grounded in years of professional training, lived experience, and ethical space-holding.
Her approach emphasizes safety, presence, and personal sovereignty, allowing healing and expansion to arise organically rather than being forced.

The Facilitation & Support Team

REVIVE is supported by a trusted facilitation team who assist in ceremony, integration, logistics, and participant care throughout the retreat. The work is held through shared responsibility, deep listening, and respect for each facilitator’s role in maintaining a grounded, responsive, and trauma-informed container.
During the application process, you’ll be introduced to members of the facilitation team through the intake process. Deeper introductions and context arrive in the welcome materials, allowing relationship to unfold with safety, clarity, and trust.

REVIVE is intentionally structured to support nervous system safety, embodied integration, and sustainable expansion. Each day unfolds with care, allowing ceremonial experiences, insights, and emotional movement to land gently and be meaningfully integrated rather than rushed or forced.
Integration & Preparation
Guided integration circles, somatic practices, journaling, and preparation rituals support participants before and after each ceremonial experience. This allows insights to be embodied, processed, and woven into daily life rather than bypassed or intellectualized.
Presence-Centered Flow
The retreat unfolds at a grounded, spacious pace guided by presence rather than pressure. Ceremony, rest, movement, breathwork, nourishment, and time in nature are woven together to support regulation, clarity, and deep listening to one’s inner process.

What Happens After You Apply
​
All applicants receive a response after submitting their application, and an intake call is scheduled to review alignment and next steps. Once accepted, participants receive a detailed welcome packet that includes retreat logistics, preparation guidance, sacred agreements, clear investment and payment instructions, and practical details to support a grounded arrival. This allows the journey to begin well before arrival and unfold with presence, clarity, and trust. We review applications on a rolling basis and will reach out within 48 hours.
