The Sanctuary

Where the jungle holds you

Eight days. One coastline. An entire nervous system, returned.

IThe Land

Inside an actual Blue Zone

The Nicoya Peninsula is one of five Blue Zones on Earth, regions where people routinely live past one hundred. It is not a marketing phrase here; it is the community that holds this land. The sanctuary rests in jungle above Playa Junquillal, a protected, unhurried stretch of Pacific coast where sea turtles still nest and the nights are dark enough to see everything.

IIThe Shala

Where ceremony lives

Open to the jungle on every side, the shala is the heart of the sanctuary, ceremony space, integration circle, movement floor, and the room where the altar is laid before every journey.

IIILiving Water

The waters

Cold plunge at dawn. The waterfall pool after breathwork. The crystal cave's stillness. Water is a facilitator here, as surely as any of us.
