You have built the career, held the family, kept the promises, and carried what no one saw. You have done the therapy, read the books, optimized the sleep. And somewhere along the way, quietly, politely, completely, you set yourself down and forgot where.
REVIVE is eight days at our jungle sanctuary on Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula, one of five Blue Zones on Earth. Its purpose is simple: to pick her back up. Sacred ceremony and somatic release. Fire ritual and cold water. Ancient medicine and modern measurement. A circle of women who will not need you to perform a single thing.
Pura Vida Collective is a trauma-informed sacred medicine retreat ecosystem designed to support neuroplasticity, nervous system resilience, emotional repair, relational depth, and profound inner transformation. This January, for the first time, we hold that container for women only.
These dates were not arbitrary. They were chosen with intentionality and presence. You arrive under a waxing moon, and every night of your descent the light above the Pacific grows, as you soften, as you open, as you remember. On the evening of January 22, the first full moon of the year reaches its peak over Playa Junquillal: the Wolf Moon, the ancient name for the first full moon of the year. Under her light we gather the way women have always gathered: in circle around the fire, each carrying what is hers, all of it held by the collective, moving and dancing what no longer serves into the flame.
That night, we gather in fire ceremony under her fullness, the culmination of everything the week has opened. What you have carried for decades meets the flame. What remains is yours. The next morning, you leave the way the moon does: full.
Descend · The Arrival. You land, you exhale, and the circle forms. An opening ceremony welcomes you the first evening, and your personal baseline is gently established, so that what changes in you this week will be known, not guessed. The performing stops here.
Burn · The Deepening. The heart of the journey, curated to build day upon day. Ceremonies deepen in intention as the moon grows over the Pacific, and the container breathes with you: a sacred pause midweek for stillness, journaling, and shoreline earthing at the beach, because rest is not a break from the work. It is the work. Somatic practice and integration are woven through every day, and the cold water is always waiting.
Rise · The Wolf Moon. The final days turn toward embodiment: the ocean, the sisterhood, the body fully inhabited. And on the second-to-last night, the culmination the entire week was built toward: powerful energetic activation work, the fire ceremony under the full Wolf Moon, and ecstatic dance beneath her light. You leave the next morning the way the moon does. Full.

At REVIVE, no two women walk the same medicine path. During the invitation process, in private conversation, we compose your journey together, informed by your history, your intentions, your readiness, and what you are choosing to step into. Some medicines will call to you. Others will wait for another season of your life. Nothing is mandatory; everything is chosen with you.
Four sacred medicine ceremonies anchor the week. You may choose to sit in all four, or fewer; every threshold is yours. The medicines held within this container:
Rapé. Sacred Amazonian snuff, blown in ceremony: a grounding medicine of clarity and presence that stills the mind and opens the breath, opening and decalcifying the third eye to clear a pathway for deeper clarity.
Kambo. The warrior frog medicine of the Amazon: a powerful physical purification honored for centuries as a cleanser of what the body holds, and a reset of vitality.
Bufo. The sacred toad medicine of the Sonoran Desert: the most direct doorway we hold. A brief, complete dissolution into what remains when everything else falls away. Served with the deepest reverence, preparation, and care.
Acacia & Syrian Rue. The Tree of Life medicine of Ancient Egypt, where acacia was used for spiritual initiation. Lost for millennia, this medicine is resurfacing to support the rise of the divine feminine. Her spirit is nurturing and empowering, guiding you gently into the depths of your being toward higher consciousness and the awareness of your own infinite light.
Psilocybin. The teacher mushroom, held for the women whose path calls for its particular gentleness with grief, connection, and the remembering of wonder.
Every ceremony is held by experienced facilitators in a trauma-informed container: medical screening before anything is served, consent at every threshold, sovereignty and autonomy honored. You will never be urged deeper than you choose to go, and you will never go alone.

Most retreats ask you to trust that something changed. REVIVE shows you. Every woman receives the Baseline: a before-and-after portrait of her own biology, woven through the entire arc:
Your baseline: established through advanced diagnostics as your journey begins, so what changes in you can be witnessed in your own biology, not just your own words.
While you are here: the work itself is the work, and measurement is woven discreetly around it: at arrival, in rest and recovery, and through the days of integration. Ceremony space is sacred and kept private, held for presence alone. What shifts in you is read in the quiet moments between, and told in full afterward.
After you return: eight weeks of guided group integration, included for every woman, and a follow-up reading of what shifted, written into your personal Transformation Report.
You will arrive with data. You will journey far beyond it. And you will leave with proof.

Depth requires safety, and safety is built, not promised. Every REVIVE woman is medically screened before any medicine is composed for her. Every ceremony is trauma-informed, consent-led, and held by facilitators with years in service. Every threshold is yours to cross or decline; your sovereignty and autonomy are honored at every step, from application to integration.
The circle is deliberately small. The pace is deliberately human. And the container does not close when the retreat ends, eight weeks of guided group integration carry you home, because integration is where transformation becomes real. After the ceremonies comes the deeper, intentional work, the part of the path where the gold lives: returning to partners, family, friendships, work, and cities or countries that may not feel the same, the life that did not journey with you, and weaving what shifted into your ordinary days so it takes root instead of fading. That is why the container does not close when the retreat ends.
